The Firm has particular expertise in loan portfolio management and servicing, specifically including loan workouts, forbearances, discounted payoffs, deeds in lieu and foreclosed real estate management and disposition, in connection with residential and commercial real estate loans. The Firm handles the purchase and sale of loans, including participation agreements and loan servicing agreements.

The Firm also has significant experience in general transactions relating to retail, commercial, industrial and residential real properties, both improved and unimproved.
